For Adoption

Because adopting a mustang is a decision that requires a large investment of time, energy, and money, we strongly suggest that you spend some time reading the articles we have available on our Education page to get a realistic view of what is involved in bringing home a wild horse.
If you have already adopted a mustang, or have selected an untouched horse from holding and need assistance with training, our  recommended Trainers will be happy to help you with your horse's education.

StarFyre

Bay Filly Less Than a Year

StarFyre has had extensive handling, and is very social. Leads  stands for farrier and loads in a trailer. This is a very well built, big boned mustang. Easily will mature to 14.1 H or more.
To ensure the quality of training each horse receives, and to allow the horses the best opportunity for excellent adoptive homes only a limited number of horses are in JMHA's training program at any given time.

A horse is not  marked "Adopted" until the papers have been signed and the adoption fee paid.
A horse marked  "Adoption Pending" means we have received a verbal agreement from a potential adopter.
Feel free to contact us about horses marked  "Adoption Pending"  if the adoption paperwork is not completed within two weeks the horse will again be available to other adopters.

You Can Help!

The mustang is a living piece of American history that needs support, now, more than ever.
We can only continue growing with the help of our suporters.  Every small contribution is a big help.
Thank you for caring about our wild horses.
